What if my item arrives damaged?

We check each item before we dispatch but if it arrives ruined beyond use pls email us returns@thespotmedic.com and we will review the problem with you.

 

Can I track my order?

Sorry as frustrating as it is we don’t offer tracking services as we are dispatching from our hub in NZ via NZ Post and the cost of tracking exceeds the value of the goods.

 

How quickly will my order arrive?

We aim to process your order and dispatch within 48 hours. If there is a delay you will usually hear from one of us. Shipping to most normal city destinations via air mail takes 5 - 10 working days from NZ even though we are right at the bottom of the globe.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we utilise Paypal as its quick, easy and secure. Using paypal you can pay from your paypal balance if you have an account or using your credit card.

 

How can I contact you?

Who makes Spot Medic?

The Department of Brands LTD a NZ company. We have a great team based in Wellington NZ and Sydney Australia. Our distribution hubs are in Australia, NZ, UK and Hong Kong and the moment.

We specialise in bringing innovative products to market and have other brands such as Brite Organix (hair colour & cosmetics) , Brite On Trend (hair accessories and giftware) and Victor Legend (luxury sportswear) in our brand family. 

 

Where can I find your products?

Woolworths Australia stocks a large range of our products and you can find certain items in other supermarket, youth retailers and pharmacy chains in Australia, NZ & the UK.
